January 2012 - 70 citizens come together as a part of a theatre piece. People from all generations and social backgrounds. The youngest is 7 years old, the oldest 70. By utilizing their own bodies plus film work, the people from Hoyerswerda worked on an unusual piece. Throughout a 6 month process they talked about their experiences of a shrinking city and shared their thoughts on life in an urban environment. The goal – a dance & film piece. When it seems nothing is possible anymore, suddenly there is room for something new. The city re-invents itself from within.
